Domestic Shipping

Melange Boutique has a 3-5 business days processing. During or before those 3-5 days you will be sent your tracking number. Melange Boutique uses UPS for our delivery company. If you are trying to track your order please visit www.upsstore.com

Lost/Stolen packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen. Once your package leaves our location we are not responsible for them. As USPS or UPS is a shipping service that you agreed to send your package. Once we send it the liability is between you and USPS and UPS. However we will  try to help with locating your package with the tracking number you were provided with. Once tracking says delivered you would have to contact your local post office or USPS or UPS to file a claim.

To avoid a lost/stolen package please review that all shipping information is correct before placing order. All orders are throughly checked for any damages before shipping out therefore we are not responsible for any damage packages. Insurance is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.

Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please be aware returned items must have tags attached and be in original conditions. You have 14 days from purchase date to exchange or receive store credit that is if items are eligible for return.

Bodysuits, Accessories, White items, ALL items purchased using a discount code and Sale items are FINAL SALE.

All returned items are inspected thouroughly so no used, damaged, or stained items may be returned. No exceptions.
